Volume II, Issue I (2024)

We are delighted to present the Michigan Undergraduate Law Review’s first issue of 2024. This issue contains eleven articles, including two outside submissions from non-staff writers. From the future of the Chevron Doctrine to legal personhood, Vol II. No 1. covers a wide range of legal concepts. We are incredibly proud of ours writers, copy editors, and research editors who dedicated themselves to the writing process this semester. Volume I, Issue II (2023)

We are ecstatic to present the Michigan Undergraduate Law Review’s second issue of 2023. Vol 1. No. 2 consists of eleven articles with topics ranging from abortion rights to artificial intelligence patent law. We are extremely proud of our internal writers, editors, and outside authors who spent many hours of their busy semesters to produce undergraduate legal scholarship. Volume I, Issue I (2023)

We are thrilled to present the inaugural issue of the Michigan Undergraduate Law Review, culminating a semester’s worth of unmatched effort by a dedicated and talented leadership and staff team. It contains seven articles on diverse topics of law produced entirely by our staff writers, in service of our mission to advance undergraduate legal scholarship at the University of Michigan.
